Regarding Observation 1741980
It seems Delphini-1 again transmits 9600 baudrate (decoded telemetry https://db.satnogs.org/api/telemetry/?format=api&satellite=44030 ), unlike what is indicated in the database.

I’ve activated the 9k6 transmitter based on your post. Please schedule a couple of observations with this transmitter so we can confirm it, as the satellite page doesn’t say anything about 9k6 signal, as IARU page says.
