flagged it as bad already.
But it’s interesting that it’s perfectly straight, indicating that the frequency was changing during the observation and it perfectly matched AO-7’s doppler. I wouldn’t be so sure that this is “bad”, but I don’t know enough about AO-7 to make a call.
By checking the rest of the good observations of the satellite I would say that it is a good observation.
Yeah, I’m not really sure AO-7 transmits a reliable beacon signal anymore, but what it does transmit are bands of noise in the transponder output passband, exactly as seen in this observation. (You have to avoid them when working the linear transponder)
