I’ve tried to decode it out of your mentioned observation 14707468 without success.

First I put it in sequence:

right_sequence.txt (23.1 KB)

then strip the payload:

only_payload.txt (18.9 KB)

and finally HEX to BIN

You were able to decode 51 packets, I 10 fewer.

I apologize, I accidentally left out:

  1. I took the decoded data directly from stanogs web - uploaded observation in HEX format
  2. I took the parts starting with the string: 87 BF 54
  3. there are missing lines for the sequences: 19 13 00, 19 15 00, 19 16 80, 19 18 80
  4. there are repair parts starting with string 87 BF 94 and 87 BF D4 to replace the missing lines / sequences.
