Observation 14626003: SNUGLITE-III DURI (98497) but ARISS audio.?

Regarding Observation 14626003

This observation seems to have picked up ARISS audio on this observation.

I’m thinking its somehow a 1mhz alias on my end? If so, have others seen these? Call signs are regulars on ARISS.

Hardware is an Airspy-Mini and Raspberry PI 4.

Very strange. With an Airspy Mini @ 6MSPS as your metadata shows I’d never expect an image transmission from 1 MHz offset. Assuming you are not in close range of an MW transmitter up or around that frequency mixing up but that would have garbled the modulation too. \

Could have been AO-27 on 436.798Mhz? SatNOGS DB - EYESAT-1

The math is much easier to explain with AO-27 instead of ARISS.

The doppler does seem to work out on explaining this.

Not a good pass for SNUGLITE III, but it was an interesting one!

Can confirm it was not AO-27

Could have been the ISS somehow but it only just came above your horizon at all half way thru the pass, just when the signal starts coming up. Very odd.
