I recently ran an observation (#14587670) for the unknown satellite “Unknown 3 T17” (NORAD ID: 98255) on 401.25 MHz, and it captured a distinct Doppler-shifted signal with intermittent bursts.
Although the observation shows clear signal traces on the waterfall, the decoded data tab appears empty. Could this be a known beacon, telemetry format, or perhaps interference? Any insights or suggestions on how to further decode or identify this transmission would be greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately I don’t have any clue for the other two, the one in the middle and the other at the end of the observation (top). Maybe the one in the middle belongs to the T17 launch but for the other is more difficult to say.
