Regarding Observation 14587670 …Hello everyone,
I recently ran an observation (#14587670) for the unknown satellite “Unknown 3 T17” (NORAD ID: 98255) on 401.25 MHz, and it captured a distinct Doppler-shifted signal with intermittent bursts.
Although the observation shows clear signal traces on the waterfall, the decoded data tab appears empty. Could this be a known beacon, telemetry format, or perhaps interference? Any insights or suggestions on how to further decode or identify this transmission would be greatly appreciated.
