This looks like a good observation. Not sure why labeled bad.
The signal curve looks like either terestrial source or it doesn’t looks like GFSK9k6. I might be wrong though.

The signal curve has an expected doppler/freq shift so might not be a terrestrial source. What makes you think it is not GFSK9k6?
SatNogs waterfall has the signal pre-corrected by the Doppler based on the satellite TLE (on the bottom of every waterfall).
So a satellite with TLE that is spot on will appear straight and terestrial sources (which should be straight) will look curved.
GFSK9k6 as far as I know has much wider bandwidth than what on your waterfall (see the example that I provided).

Just to add some more details:
Indeed is not a terrestrial one, but it is another satellite. After running ikhnos I found out that the signal comes from NasbSat-1 (98431), here is a similar observation of it https://network.satnogs.org/observations/14336575/
