@epsilon IQ recording is be default disabled to the station’s software.
Currently there isn’t any infrastructure (storage and bandwidth) in SatNOGS to support IQ in Network, so it depends only on the station owners if they are going to enable locally to keep IQ from the observations and host it somewhere or not.
There are few stations that do that, for example station 1888 who host the IQ files in http://sa2kng.ddns.net:6080/. But this is the exception for now.
I’m sorry I can not help more than that.
I suggest if you belong to the Drishti team, to share more about the modulation of the satellite’s transmissions that will give the chance to more station to demodulate frames from the satellite.
