I had an ‘Out of the Box’ satellite pass at 402 MHz with 50° max elevation. Waterfall shows faint signal traces and audio is audible between 5:23 to 5:29. Is this considered a good/valid observation?
According to the vetting guide if there is signal from the satellite in the waterfall, you rate it as “With Signal”, which leads to “Good” observation status.
