Regarding Observation 13735670 … any idea why its unknown? and the audio is just noise? i know im supposed to decode it but i dont think theres a signal at all.
unknown = no data decode / no signal in waterfall
seen in waterfall, there is no signal from sat.
fyi meteor m-2 has failed, so not transmit LRPT again.
you can obs meteor m2-3 and meteor m2-4 that still active
