Regarding Observation 13302160

I’ve been working hard to get the S-band station up and running. What do you think about this observation? I was pointed southwest with about 70 degrees of elevation using a stationary parabolic grid S-band antenna (supposedly). Is this a valid S-band signal

LTE/5G filter on…..

And opinion on these 2 if you all can comment too….

NO FILTERS OR LNA ON THE LINE YET - these were the first tests

Also 1 more

This one also threw me for a loop because I got a data file during the observation. This was taken before I added the LTE/5G filter (we have two cell sites—one not even 40 feet away blasting right at us, and another on top of the building across the street).

HackRF One SDR / Gain 64

Someone has to bring the bad news, I would say all your observations should have the “bad” status.

You could try the hackrf with some sdr tool to check the gain / offset ?

and much weaker

are valid Noaa 20 observations on that same frequency.
