There seems to be something wrong with image #19.
Only segments 0-7 are transmitted and image looks pretty dark.

you should try what @sv2hwm doing. he make a genius way. set the image contrast and brighter in highest. and it reveal the mystery.

The picture is dark either because it was taken at night or pointed at space. Nothing is wrong with your setups or the satellite.
