Observation 12092876: ISS (25544) - Help understanding what are people saying

Regarding Observation 12092876

Hello, first time listening to the ISS. I have trouble understanding what is said. Are people giving their radioham call signs? Some codes feel too long to be that?

I heard stuff like:
CS0KEBDK9JC 59JN39
HB9/PG7M ?
July november 47 ???
E?I9KY

Let’s divide this in parts

I played back your audio file. Form about second 160 I hear:
Pappa Alpha 3 Wiskey Zulu Alpha which is a station from the Netherlands. He says five nine, which is a report about the readability from the station he is replying to. Then he says JO22OG which is the QRA locator where he is operating. After that he gets a reply from DK9JC who also gives 59 as report (that’s almost always the report for satellite connections) and his locator but only the first 4 digits, JO31

This cyclus repeats for all different kind of stations and locators.

Small idea where PA3WZA and DK9JC are located.

Try to save the audio file and play it with something like audacity, which allows 50 percent playback speed
