Regarding Observation 1167338 …
I suspect UOSAT 2 has issues. I can’t see any APRS packets. I suspect that strong signal at +8 kHz is another satellite if not 2 satellites but which one?

For me at +8 khz it’s 2 satellites
whose CAS-4A 145.836 MHz

The other one is XW-2C or XW-2D, I believe.
