Regarding Observation 1060014 …

Is that a faint APRS signal about 4kHz low on the waterfall? What is that signal about 5kHz high on the waterfall? It would appear there is some Doppler correction but there is no satellite on my list around 145.830MHz. I’m trying to work out which satellites I could use to digipeat some APRS packets.

That stuff that is 5khz high looks to be https://db.satnogs.org/satellite/40907/ which has a history of having that sort of waterfall.
