Hello, the 3rd launch of the Nuri has been carried out in Korea. The 3rd Nuri was equipped with several satellites, including four SNIPE Cubesats developed by KASI(Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute).
Launch Vehicle : KSLV-II (Korean Space Launch Vehicle-II)
Nuri (Korean: 누리; Korean pronunciation: [nu.ɾi], meaning "world" in native Korean), also known as KSLV-II (Korean Space Launch Vehicle-II), is a three-stage launch vehicle, the second one developed by South Korea and the successor to Naro-1 (KSLV-1). Nuri is developed by Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI). All three stages use indigenously developed launch vehicle engines, making Nuri the first indigenously developed South Korean orbital launch vehicle (the Naro-1 laun The South Korean ...
Launch Site : Naro Space Center
The Naro Space Center is a South Korean spaceport in South Jeolla's Goheung County, operated by the state-run Korea Aerospace Research Institute.
The spaceport is located about 485 km (300 mi) south of Seoul. It includes two launch pads, a control tower, rocket assembly and test facilities, facilities for satellite control testing and assembly, a media center, an electric power station, a space experience hall and a landing field. It has supported 5 launches including the KSLV-II launch in ...

LTAN : 06:00 AM
Altitude : 550 km
Orbit : Dawn-Dusk Orbit (Sun-synchronous)
Object : Research ionosphere and magnetosphere for space science

It is just fine to observe the signals by spectrum analyzer
I hope a lot of people will pay attention to it.
Please feel free for any questions.

Welcome and thanks for sharing this information.
Can you also provide information about what TLM will be transmitted and if there is preliminary TLE available

Hi @KASI and welcome to the community!
Thank you for the information!
Can you give us more info about the date of the launch, any initial TLE sets?
Also is there an IARU coordination for these satellites? I don’t see any entry in IARU Sat Coordinator .

Thanks, @fredy .
I am asking the technical team about the TLM set.
We registered the frequency with the ITU.
However, we couldn’t register because we just got to know IARU(and also this site ), and we are planning to register.

There is a TLE set in space-track.org for this launch, probably the rocket body:

Does anyone knows when NORAD assign NORADID? after the launch? or average registration time?

The are decoded frames in the database.
An example:

This is a 3-step process, the first is for NORAD to publish unassigned TLE sets for all the objects of this launch. The second is to assign the TLE to the objects. The third step is satellite teams and third party actors, like us, to identify which objects is which satellite based on the frequency and the doppler effect we observe in our observations.
This first step may take from 1 to 10 days, given they already published one TLE set, my guess is that we’ll have TLE for all of them soon. The second step usually takes 1-2 days (in more extreme cases ~7days) depending usually on the number of the deployed satellites and on how close/separated they are.
The third step it can also take 1-2 days up to 2-3 weeks or never, usually we are closer to the minimum. It depends on if the satellite transmits, if it transmits how close/separated is with other satellites/objects.
In this case, and with SNIPE satellites transmitting my guess would be 1 week to have NORAD IDs for them. Let’s see!
