I’m using a yagi antenna and rtl sdr to downlink data from the NOAA15/18/19 satellites. The problem however is that I only seem to be seeing signal from the downlink frequencies. I would also like to collect the signal from the satellites’ beacon as well. However, I don’t seem to be seeing anything at the beacon frequency values. For example, take a look at this which advertises all the frequencies NOAA 15 uses NOAA 15 COMM Subsystem Summary - POES Status - OSPO . Does anyone have ideas on what the issue here is?
