No permission to schedule observation on satellites with Frequency Misuse

Hello everybody! Sorry for my bad english. And also sorry for stupid quistions - i’m new to SatNOGS.
My colleagues from Russia who designed the satellite “KAI 1” (norad 53378) asked me if i could receive its signals with my station but I can’t shedule the observation. I don’t see this sat on the “Future passes” page for several days. Satnogs-auto-sheduler also failes with mistake “No permission to schedule observation”.
I found out that “KAI 1” such as some other satellites have “Frequency Misuse” mark but I see that other users can observe it (e.g. SatNOGS Network - Observations)

Does anybody knows how to schedule such observation? Thanks everybody for help.

Yes. See Changes in Network and DB for satellites that violate frequency regulations

You may have to go to your ground station’s page, hit Edit, then change Scheduling of Frequency Violators by to Everyone or whatever you want.

I have both stations to Everyone and I still get this:

2022-08-20 09:12:20,101 - auto_scheduler.satnogs_client - ERROR - Failed to schedule the pass at 2022-08-20 08:25:17. Reason: Scheduling observation that starts at 2022-08-20 08:19:54 UTC exceeds scheduling limit for the period from 2022-08-18 16:26:26 UTC to 2022-08-20 08:29:28 UTC
Reason for scheduling limit: UNISAT-7(47945) is frequency violator satellite
2022-08-20 09:13:05,009 - auto_scheduler.satnogs_client - ERROR - Failed to schedule the pass at 2022-08-20 21:37:46. Reason: Scheduling observation that starts at 2022-08-20 21:32:29 UTC exceeds scheduling limit for the period from 2022-08-18 21:43:39 UTC to 2022-08-20 21:39:58 UTC
Reason for scheduling limit: UNISAT-7(47945) is frequency violator satellite

This is expected as described in the new changes:

A limit has been applied for scheduling violators, currently is 2 observations per day but it is configurable and it will be re-evaluated in the near future. This limit doesn’t apply for Operators group scheduling.

What the error bellow says is that for the period from 2022-08-18 16:26:26 UTC to 2022-08-20 08:29:28 UTC there are already scheduled observations for this satellite and you can not schedule more. You will be able to schedule after the end of this period if no one else has scheduled.
