This appears to be a signal from Astrocast 0.1 (However, the satellite was still alive at that moment).
The last signal I saw on the SilverSat network was during THIS observation (Minutes before the obseservation #13886513).

Its low elevation of 9 deg. In an urban area its difficult to pick. Will try to track.
