Thanks to @PE0SAT I have a list of frequencies that are a bit more accurate than what many satellites advertised frequencies are. Being that SatNOGS is autonomous, we don’t have a way to manually adjust for drift on the fly and so accurate frequencies are critical.
I am going to work these in to the DB entries as extra transmitter entries for now. As we vet them through and have successful observations we can remove the advertised frequencies and make these canonical.

Shouldn’t we use a different field in the database for the true frequencies?

Yes that’s a good idea… Not in the db today though…
Ok - life got in the way and I forgot to finish these up. We now have about 50-60 frequency corrections from @PE0SAT in the db as additional transmitter entries!
WHAT WE NEED FROM THE SATNOGS COMMUNITY:
Please test these if you have a ground station! If you have a successful capture using one of these frequencies open up a discussion thread about it from the link in the observation page. The better we can tune these frequencies, the more successful we will be at our captures.
