Being in the UK what is the cheapest way to setup a SatNOGS and were would i purchase the bits?
I have experiance of Res PI as i use one for brewing using a Tilt
I bought a rtl-sdr clone and a SPF5189 low noise amp from ebay. I initially built a vertical dipole antenna out of heavy grade garden wire and RG58 coax cable.
Now I think I’d go to rtl-sdr.com and get it all from there as it would all the same price.
I th ink the LNA fr on there can be powered over the coax via the SDR, which might help.
