Network and network-dev site loading time

I do not know if any one has noticed but I saw the main https://network.satnogs.org/ and https://network-dev.satnogs.org/ sites have been sometimes loading really slow or giving 502 error since yesterday.

I have tried at different times, using different browsers, different network connections, different computers.

https://community.libre.space loaded without problems.

@comzeradd @pierros or others could verify.

I can verify this as well. I at one point had a longing time of just over a minute just to change pages on observations…

@comzeradd has reverted the production deployments a couple of commits, and things seem to be OK now. We are investigating which part of the changes caused this.
