According to network and JA0CAW tweet, it looks like MinXSS-2 doesn’t transmit.
Last observation from the network with signal in the waterfall was at 2018-12-21 15:34:38.
Last observation from the network with a frame decoded was at 2018-12-21 15:29:16.
I’ve scheduled a couple of observation to watch if we would be able to catch any signal from it.
For those who may vet these observations have in mind that in the same waterfall you can find CSIM which sometimes is also decoded. Decoded frames from CSIM start with “84 86 A8…” while MinXSS-2 frames start with “9A 92 9C…”.
