UPDATE: Heard back from the Luca-1 team. They confirm they will be issuing eQSLs but have received a large number of request so it may take a little time to process them all.
They also said they are planning to run another special SSTV event on 13 Nov 2026 to mark Montenegro’s national Culture Day, known as Njegoš Day. A series of 4 images will be transmitted. One to mark in the diary.
