Kashiwa is getting closer to re-entry:

So, I’ve opened this thread to follow its re-entry, as we have done we other missions in the past.

KASHIWA is still sending CW, GMSK beacon! (Observation #9985458). I copied CW beacon and sent my reception. See dashboard. KILL Switch Status became TRUE!

KASHIWA stopped. Nothing heard. This may be last report at 2024-08-05 21Z.

Indeed it stopped transmissions, however according to the TLE it is still in orbit.
