R4UAB is also providing information about this event.
His post states that the upcoming SSTV broadcast will be part of the experiment “About Gagarin from Space”. However, nothing is mentioned about the Russia ISS SSTV Diploma which is awarded to observers for receiving broadcasts from the ISS as part of the space experiment “About Gagarin from Space”.

Max 9° elevation
Got off work at 21:00 and drove to higher grounds in pitch black darkness. Almost collided with a moose trying to get there in time…
