ISS (from Cygnus) Deployment 2021-06-29 22:00 UTC

Three satellites are going to deployed from Cygnus:

DhabiSat (former MYSat-2)
IT-SPINS
Gunsmoke-J

The first two has been added in DB:
Dhabisat with temporary NORAD ID: 99670
IT-SPINS with temporary NORAD ID: 99690

No info about Gunsmoke-J, unknown on which frequency it transmits.

Datetime comes from Implement DhabiSat decoder struct (#57) · Issues · librespacefoundation / SatNOGS / satnogs-decoders · GitLab

Satellites that will be in this deployment from this twitter thread:

Using TLE set from Add DhabiSat to SATNOGS DB (#182) · Issues · librespacefoundation / SatNOGS Operations · GitLab for both DhabiSat and IT-SPINS, everything is ready for the deployment with several observations scheduled.

@pierros with @cgbsat strf tools has generated TLE sets for the satellites:

EDIT: FIXED the checksum on IT-SPINS TLE set

Many thanks for the updated info!

Please note that the second line for IT-SPINS has an incorrect checksum; if you wish to import this entry into GPredict (or any other tool that requires a correct checksum), use:

IT-SPINS
1 99690U 21181.00000000 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 09

Thanks! There was a copy paste error there…I’ve just fixed it in the initial post.

We have 5 TBA(To Be Assigned) TLE sets (49013-49017) from space-track.org that describe deployments from ISS.

By running ikhnos, it looks like that DhabiSat is OBJECT ST(49016) and IT-SPINS is OBJECT SU(49017). However let’s wait for the final assignment before identifying.

Please keep also in mind that ID of the above IDs may change in the next iterations.

TLE sets have been fixed and assigned, so for the two satellites we have:

DhabiSat(MySat-2) is OBJECT F(49016), , more details can be found in ikhnos-identification-49016
IT-SPINS is OBJECT G(49017), , more details can be found in ikhnos-identification-49017
