Somebody mentioned FM experiments from ISS on 145.800 MHz. I have 3 passes from last night with “something” but I have no idea what to make of it

Yes, Tanusha-1 and Tanusha-2 are being tested, supposedly transmitting voice beacons. The former was turned off earlier and the latter will be plugged in later today according to https://twitter.com/rf2space
I have a couple of passes with some very strong data bursts but I am unable to decode them. Not sure what it is, these are after the time in which Tanusha-1 would be turned off.

Maybe we should post those on amsat-bb ?

Yes, they seem very strong, considering that I use a 137 MHz turnstile and max elevation here is 40 degrees.
