First ISS pass since deployments of the 1st 4 sats; nothing heard from TJREVERB or NUTSat on 145.825 APRS & nothing from DanteSat on 437.600 LoRa. 43° max elevation pass U.S. East Coast @ 1332utc

@mxl_operators MARIO is alive congratulations!

SatNOGS Network - Observation 6949769 this is the first reception and
SatNOGS Network - Observation 6948570, SatNOGS Network - Observation 6948652 and SatNOGS Network - Observation 6949758 is the first one with decoded data.

Great job decoding, thank you!

Beside MARIO, I see decodes reported from DANTEsat (tinygs-webapp) and SatNogs decodes from NutSat.

petitSat on S-Band will be tough, but I’ll be trying for that.

Not seeing anything reported from LORIS or ORCASat. Anything from those that I’ve not found?

So are the only confirmed ACTIVE sats from this deployment so far MARIO, DANTEsat, & NutSat?

Hi Scott,

I am looking into SatNOGS Network - Observation 6948804 in the middle of the waterfall there could be some 2FSK signals. I have created some observations that will produce IQ files to do some further investigation.

All the best, Jan

MARIO frequency starting to shift?

https://network.satnogs.org/observations/6950109/

Indeed, but this is expected as we still use the ISS TLE set when MARIO was deployed. We are on generating a newer set until we have some from space-track.org.

Here is my attempt for better TLE set for MARIO:

MARIO

One more TLE set, unfortunately due to the nature of the signal is not easy to extract manually accurate points that will give better results, however it is better than the previous TLE set:

MARIO
1 99241U 22365.50000000 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 01

One TLE set for SPORT satellite, unfortunately is not very accurate as we don’t have many data.

From:

There is a TLE set for LORIS:

LORIS
1 99999U 22363.57291667 +.00000000 00000 0 00000 0 0 00005

It looks like that MARIO has stopped transmitting since 2023-01-01 06:40 UTC.

@mxl_operators is this expected? any info?

Newer TLE for SPORT:

SPORT
1 99234U 23001.20000001 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 09
2 99234 51.6442 75.4120 0006359 254.7512 186.9253 15.49762197 04

EDIT: I fixed the temporary NORAD ID to be the one we use for SPORT: 99234
