Is there some kind of transponder around 1697 MHz

Hi, with the Helicone antenna and 1700 MHz RHCP helical in it’s focus point, mountend upwards towards sky I notice something which looks like a 1 MHz wide transponder type transmission (either Geo or HEO) at about 1697.500 MHz centered

Is anyone familair with these kind of signals ?

In my imagination I think I see reversed doppler signals too. (around 11:45 - 11:50 )
