Is anyone looking at transmitter suggestions?

Hi,
just looking at the old Oscar-10 satellite and found some old improvements (suggestions) for the transmitters (transponders) = they are inactive.
Is anyone looking at these suggestions to be accepted?
regards

Lars

Yes, but it’s not going very fast, especially for the older suggestions.

If anyone wants to joint the team of reviewers, feel free to join #satnogs matrix.org channel, to coordinate with the rest of the team.

What are the requirements to join the team of reviewers?

I’ve joined the matrix channel in June 2024 but still have to ask that someone reviews my suggestions.

There are not strong criteria, usually are people that have done suggestions and have understood the review process, for example what to check, how to confirm that changes are valid etc, and last but not least to ask for it.

EDIT: However joining to the chat channels, while not fully necessary, is the best way to discuss all the above, as someone that watches and participates in the chat channels has a better overview for the operations (normal cases, bugs, issues etc) and how they are done, which makes the person better on reviewing.

EDIT 2: For satellite suggestions, due to some technical issues is still handled by me but we plan to fix this issues and allow more people to participate in reviewing satellites suggestions too.

understood.

My goal to be a part of the reviewsers is to clean up old suggestions that basically will set non-active amateur radio transponders and beacons to status “inactive”.
