IRIS-C: Dashboard for Digipeater online

IRIS-C has a V/U digipeater.
Uplink on 145.860 in 9k6 FSK and downlink on 436.915 in 2k4 BPSK G3RUH.
Don’t use VIA, just your callsign to arbitrary. IRIS-C will repeat this.

Today, a decoder has been assigned, so I could set up a dashboard to monitor the digipeated messages.
