As I just about gave up that did not receive any CW Beacon from the satellite, I recheck all my SatNOGS observation and there it is, at less than 2 degree maximum elevation, I barely can decode it. Luckily the “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” beacon is rather clear 
It barely can be seen on the observation waterfall and FLdigi CW decoder does not work at all, but I found this tutorial from @dl7ndr to see the spectrogram and there it is!
I hope it’s sufficient for the eQSL criteria
