Hi everyone. Since a day ago, I’ve been getting a 500 error every time I try to login to the dev portal. I thought it may be cookie related, so I cleared them and even changed browsers. No luck.
Is there anything else I should do? Or is it a server side issue?
Hi @ssshock, yes there is a known issue for dev instance of network which we are trying to solve it, but it could take some time.
Is there any special reason you use dev instance instead of the production one? If you are still testing your station you can use testing mode in production.
The problem seems to have been solved at least for now
Still if you don’t have any special reason for having your station in dev, I suggest you move it to production. Let us know if you need any help with it.
