How can I delete (mark as failed) this Observation 2769317: Phase 3-B (14129)

My auto-scheduler added this very long lasting record and I can not mark it as failed or delete it.
Can someone with admin rights please help?

Just ignore it. All such observations, either new or old, will be marked as failed automatically sooner or later by the system.

Hi,

sorry to bother again, but the records remain in my list of
observations with unknown status. I can mark them as
good, bad or failed. And they don’t disappear (I assume
because of the Data record). Can you please have a look
and mark them for me as I don’t have enough rights.
