Hi, running Adalm Pluto, S-band helical pointing upwards, RHCP, 1400 MHz highpass and LNA4All. In the recordings from yesterday I identified an S-band signal which points to HIBER-4 satelliete which only shows one 401 MHz transmitter. I suggested an edit for this satellite and I attach the screenshot URL and the out.dat from that observation.
