Ground Station always Offline

Hi all,

I’m a new user of Satnogs and just configured my Raspberry Pi by the book. API key is correct and station ID is correct. My station is always offline in satnogs backoffice. What can be wrong?

Station ID is 1871.

Hey, looks like it’s online now and operational. I’ve found that once in a while I have to restart the client and when I do it shows offline for me. Any changes to the SatNOGS file puts the station offline while it configures then back online when your station does a pull for it’s “jobs”… Hope you enjoy your Sat hunting.

Hi there.
Sorry a friend was able to help me yesterday.
The issue was that the LAT AND LONG were introduced with “,” instead of “.”
There was no error message and the data was not being stored.
It would show up on the setup menu, but it would not be stored!
All fine and working now! :smiley:
