Gpredict and Automatic Rotator Engage

I am using Gpredict with a yaesu GS232A rotator interface. Able to track and engage a satellite no problem.

I am looking for a way to have Gpredict/hamlib to automatically ‘engage’ the rotator when the satellite is at the AOS and to disengage when at LOS. The purpose of doing this is I cannot have the mechanical rotator tracking the satellite continuously, and am not able to consistently monitor Gpredict for each satellite pass to ‘engage’ each time.

Have you tried the “Autotrack” feature? It will automatically track whatever satellites are in the current module.
