I am using Gpredict with a yaesu GS232A rotator interface. Able to track and engage a satellite no problem.
I am looking for a way to have Gpredict/hamlib to automatically ‘engage’ the rotator when the satellite is at the AOS and to disengage when at LOS. The purpose of doing this is I cannot have the mechanical rotator tracking the satellite continuously, and am not able to consistently monitor Gpredict for each satellite pass to ‘engage’ each time.
