I always see a shift in the transmission frequency over time when transmitting pictures. And I always have the latest TLE.

That may work, but I haven’t used my x band system in a while. I might be able to get it running in a day.
A bigger problem is that I have school at 10 am. Perhaps the weekend might be better?
EDIT: It is a nice pass, I might be able to get out of school tomorrow if I catch up on work today.

Shift is probably caused by modem heat up when long TX happening
What data is going to be transmitted? Or a carrier?
We are currently sending only one image at time with jpg format. If two transmissions happened with a pause (around 30 sec) between them they will be a different images.
If it seems that one transmission have a lot more data than image itself then you might be correct. We transmit buffer that should contain different sized photo, so if photo is smaller than buffer other bytes will be some junk.
