Not sure how to upload these to satnogs though.

Good job! You can use SiDS to upload frames to SatNOGS DB. But I am not sure how it works exactly.

What did you use to decode them?

If it is UZ7HO, you can combine it with GetKissPlus from DK3WN

Running software from DK3WN can be difficult, have a look at this article so you now what dependencies are there.

I made a python script to do just that.
It should take hex format with one line per frame, or various kiss formats.
