FT-991 not connecting to Hamlib

Having real problems connecting my FT-991 using Hamlib

I have managed to get an IC-7100 connected ok.
The idea is to use the FT-991 TX and IC-7100 RX, I am assuming I can configure both radios in Gperedict .

I configured the FT-991 rigctld command :- -m 1035 -r COM5 -t 4532 -s 38400 -x 1 vvv

When executed I get a blank cmd window.

My IC-7100 command is :- -m 3070 -r COM4 -t 4532 -s 19200 -x 1 -vvv

When executed I get Opened rig model 3070, ‘IC-7100’

I am assuming the Model number is correct 1035. Tried to list the model numbers in rigctrl.exe but cant find the correct command to list them.

Yes this is the first time I have played with Ham Lib and Gpredict. Not having any luck.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance

Please copy your exact command lines! Use MD code fences in your reply.

Probably it is a simple error, not shown yet.

The command to list all models is “rigctl -l”

This is a bit old but I have this working with FT-991. One intermediate step is that I always have FT-991 connected to FLrig running on my PC. So I start hamlib rigctld (model=4 flrig) for gpredict via a windows shortcut:

C:\Ham\hamlib\bin\rigctld.exe -vvv --model=4

FLrig lets me set mode, switch between VFO A & B etc…
