I found the GroundStation code for Fossasat-1 LoRa transmission:


I have a Heltec WiFi LoRa 32 board with SX1278 radio working on 430 MHz.
I ported the code to the Heltec board, it seems, its working. About the install steps I wrote a sort notes here:

Ok, it seems, arrived the “official version”, with far more features.
Used the ESP32 software support use the OLED display, to make a local web server, to make connection to a nearby wifi router, to make connection to a server on the internet, specially to the Ground Station Database server and more.


But it seems me, to install it and compile, upload is more complicated, as the simple receiver version, what I tried.
