Based on the script qubik_tle.py by Cees Bassa using a shared state-vector and a launch time of 2022-09-30T07:01:00Z I got the following pre-launch TLE:

station #834 is set to archive IQ files for all observations.

:+1: The difference between both predictions (directly from sv and from previous model shifted with launchtle) is extremely minor this time and thus negligible.
