I would like to derive the common parameters which will be logged usually common to all satellites. I understand that Payload specific data is unique based on functionalities.

If you are interested in what type of data different satellites transmit, it might be better to look at the decoders than the actual data. ksy · master · librespacefoundation / SatNOGS / satnogs-decoders · GitLab has the structure for lots of satellites. Analysing them to find similarities might be useful.
