As part of our project’s week effort we are trying to document the building process my students wants to share this effort with libre space community, we will have an spanish version of the documents and we can publish that in english and probably, in a near future, in german.
Is there any public place you should recomend us to publish that?

That’s cool! It would be nice to have localized documentation.
I’ll let other chime in here too, but my suggestion would be to create language namespaces on the wiki. Something like es:Build could be the Spanish version of the Build page.

Especially for mechanical builds, mods, setups etc. I think localised documentation at https://wiki.satnogs.org could make sense.
On the other hand I am not sure how this could be done on the http://docs.satnogs.org
