Additionally:
The application for BY70-3 was submitted before the IARU coordination rules were tightened on May 15, 2020. At that time, BY70-3 only featured a telemetry beacon in the amateur radio band. Under the rules currently in effect, the IARU would no longer coordinate such a setup.

Can we go to QUBE team and tell them to name their successor of QUBE2 just UWE-5 so we can then link the IARU coordination entry of UWE-4 (as it’s “successor”) to it?
Hold on, since BY70-4 has so many names (8104, BY-04, 八一04星, 8104 Harbin MicroSat, 哈尔滨号), why not just keep QUBE3 as an additional name!
