Yes, in 9k6. FT-991A is capable of 9k6, IC-9700 not.
I’m using a FT-847.
Are these still being given out? I submitted the Google form a while ago and still haven’t received any QSL card.
Same here. I never get a card, even when i reported more than two times 
I’ve sent two reports via email - last August and September. I haven’t got any answer for the first one, but for the second one got an email from CroCube team with the request and link to fill the Google form. In the late November I received both eQSL cards. They apologized for a late answer but one should took into consideration that QSL activity is always a game of patience as operators always have a lot of busy work.
P. S. Still waiting for eQSL for LASARSAT (my reports were confirmed in the reply email by operators).
