Clean/restructure of git

I do propose a cleanup of the git that each git is more dedicated to a certain type of workflow. I ran into the problem that there are PCBs distributed in different repositories, but they have a similar workflow when ordering. The new structure I propose is therefore:

satnogs-mechanical: (which is currently called hardware)
satnogs-electrical: (which is currently called satnogs-arduino and partly in satnogs hardware)
satnogs-software: (to include also arduino code)

Hey, thanks for your suggestions, we are discussing it actively to find an optimal solution.

Today after a long discussion and a team decisions we moved ahead with major re-orgs, re-namings and general clean up of most of our git repositories. We will be posting the new strategy, policy and ideas behind it soon on a separate topic.
