ArcticSat-1 (RS74S) Transmissions

From what I’ve seen and know, we don’t have any official publication about this yet. For now, it seems to be one of the many collective outbreaks I’ve seen happening in the community.

It’s likely we’ll have something but nothing is confirmed yet (as far as I know )

"The ArcticSat-1 satellite will begin its long-awaited SSTV broadcast this Friday!

Frequency: 435.890 MHz
Broadcast coverage: worldwide
Protocol: SSTV Robot 36
Broadcast start: May 15, 2026, 00:00 UTC (03:00 MSK, Friday)
Scheduled broadcast end: May 18, 2026, 00:00 UTC (03:00 MSK, Sunday)
A total of 4 images, 150-second intervals.

As usual, transmission may be interrupted without prior notice due to rising temperatures, low batteries, etc.

 This is likely the last broadcast from ArcticSat-1. ArcticSat-1 is expected to complete its space mission on June 4."

Now we have an official source!! This time, no more collective outbreaks

I swear, it’s these cats that are knocking the satellites out of orbit… am I right?

Heads up… As one may expect, this bird’s coming early. I heard the SSTV signal about 30 second before I was supposed to get AOS. Didn’t decode, of course, but better to be early that late right now.

Hello all,

I see, that the telemetry transmission has switched to 19k2. Is there a USP-Soundmodem available anywhere? My version here supports only to 9k6Bd.

here is trick by @sv2hwm
