:double_exclamation_mark: The ArcticSat-1 (RS74S) is transmitting only one image in SSTV RB-36 in worldwide. From what I can tell, the transmission interval is approximately 3 minutes.

Freq: 435.890 MHz

There is no specific date for the end of transmissions.

Note: The transmission lasts a little longer than standard transmissions in Robot-36 and this causes my decoding software to start a second image.

See below the original image in a higher resolution :

@pu4elt Thanks for heads-up :slightly_smiling_face: Managed to catch this on the 075xUTC pass over UK.

:double_exclamation_mark: A new image is being transmitted by the ArcticSat-1 (RS74S) !!

Transmission interval is approximately 5 minutes.

This is the Octo-Pax (a 3D-printed octopus) inside ArcticSat-1 in orbit.

See below the same image transmitted in SSTV, but in a higher resolution

@pu4elt Thanks again for heads-up on this new image. Managed to grab it on the 073xUTC pass over UK. A little more noise that your capture but with the 5min gap between transmission only got the one shot at reception.

APPARENTLY the ArcticSat-1 (RS74S) should transmit SSTV continuously

I see that the interval between images remains at 5 minutes. Tonight here in Brazil, I’ll try to receive the new image

This is the best I’ve had as the passes here are not that high.

Had a good 48° pass over Norway here now. Lots of telemetry but no SSTV.
