Why on some satellites only 45 IDs are authorized for observation, pure curiosity! Thanks

I’m guessing due to this Changes in Network and DB for satellites that violate frequency regulations

Three more images than I could catch.
Can you confirm, that RS27S and RS49S sent no images?
If so, this would left 4 satellites.
With 3 images each, this would make 12 at total.
You got 14.
From which satellite did you get 1, 7 and 13 (counting from left)?

Images 1,7 and 13 from UTMN-2 (RS27S)
